Pakhan – the head of the Bratva and the one who controls all aspects of the organization.
Sovietnik – the ‘underboss.’ He is the closest advisor to the Pakhan and second in command.
Obshchak – acts as head of the security branch for the Bratva.
Brigadier – acts as a captain over a smaller group of men within the Bratva and takes orders from the Obshchak.
Vor – this is a title that holds great weight in the Bratva power structure. The Vor could be responsible for anything from acting as the enforcer/assassin for the family to consolidating power and opening up new territory for the Bratva.
